道家思想与传统音乐

道家思想崇尚自然之美，倡导返朴归真，提倡人与自然的和谐共处。中国传统艺术文化深受道家思想影响，上一期小编曾跟各位分享了《道家思想与中国画》和《道家思想与生态》，中国画是中华古典艺术的精华，千百年来引领风骚，令无数文人墨客魂萦梦牵。音乐是一种表达思想感情，抒发真情实感的艺术，中国传统音乐在几千年的发展来亦深受道家思想的影响。

老子曰：“大方无隅，大器晚成，大音希声，大象无形，道隐无名。”其中，大音希声表明了最美的音乐是无声之乐，这是音乐的最高境界，需要用心细细地体验和感受才能领会。《道家思想的核心》讲究道法自然、天人合一。受道家思想影响，传统音乐反对人为之乐、有声之乐，追求含蓄之美，注重意境创造，推崇“淡兮其无味”的音乐风格，倡导自然、清新、无为，可体现道之精神的“大音希声”。

音乐美应该是自然朴素之美，要摆脱礼法的束缚，合乎自然和人的本性。庄子亦从崇尚自然的思想出发，认为音乐美的本质表现为人的自然情性。音乐是心灵的表达，道家音乐反对束缚、追求自由、要求解放、尊重人的主体价值。

《阮籍》，竹林七贤之一，是我国古代著名的文学家、音乐家。阮籍吸取了道家思想的“天人合一”、“恬淡虚无”的观点，强调音乐与“无欲”的关系。阮籍在政治上本有济世之志，但当时政治情势险要，其感世事已不可为，于是采取不涉是非、明哲保身的态度。阮籍崇奉老庄是鉴于当时险恶的政治情势，他需要采取谦退冲虚的处世态度，道家思想正好成为他的精神依托。《酒狂》是阮籍的感怀之作，全曲以三拍节奏，大跳音程，轻重拍颠倒的韵律，淋漓尽致地刻画了醉意朦胧、步履蹒跚的形象。阮籍是“正始之音”的代表，借古讽今，寄寓情怀，形成了一种“悲愤哀怨，隐晦曲折”的诗风，他的艺术思想成就了他的盖世之音、绝世之响，正所谓“心写心声不失真”。

大音希声是一种以自然本色，不事人工雕琢的精神对完美至上音乐的追求与界定，是崇尚自然的一种表现。道家思想与传统音乐交集就和《道家思想与中国画》一样，追求的是一种无为、宁静、不争、问心的高尚态度与道之精神。大音希声对于塑造理想人格以及个人修养具有启示作用，同时也具有重要的审美意义，其可使人真正具备美善统一、纯朴自然的精神品格。When you are old and grey and full of sleep, And nodding by the fire, take down this book, And slowly read, and dream of the soft look
