3.To achieve the best lead time for the materials and finished
goods with the maintenance of competitive costing

4.To establish supplier strategy, and continue to source and
maintain the best supplier base for partnership
development
建立供应商策略并且不断的更新与维护良好的供应商群及其合作关系
5.Lead the materials team, and develop the team for
operational excellence, including M3K, S3K and customer’s
expectation
根据客户的期望与公司的优化目标包括M3K,S3K来领导及发展全队
6.Support CEC on new sourcing and cost reduction
requirement
